Previously on NCIS: The Port-to-Port Killer, Lieutenant Jonas Cobb, took CIA Agent Trent Kort's eye, capable of opening restricted NCIS areas. Cobb kills Mike Franks outside Gibbs' house. Barrett's team pursued Cobb and got ambushed. Cobb held a gun at Barrett's throat.
One Dead and Another Wounded
After clearing the building, DiNozzo finds Levin, blood pouring from under his head, and Gibbs finds Cade, alive. DiNozzo glances to Gibbs that Levin is dead. Cade says Cobb took EJ. DiNozzo goes to leave, but Gibbs tells him to stay with Cade. DiNozzo keeps pressure on Cade's injury and says he'll be fine.
In the parking lot, Gibbs finds a number scratched into a Sedan (202-555-0153) and EJ in the trunk, alive, her head wrapped in plastic.
